These positions support essential operational areas such as invoice processing, payroll management, tax compliance, billing accuracy, collections performance, loan documentation review, and external audits. Hiring Roles:

Accounts Payable Specialist

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• 3–5 years AP experience
• Required: Bill.com
• Knowledge of 1099 & W9 processes
• Proficient in NetSuite or BlackLine, MS Office

SAP Payroll Officer

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance
• 5+ years international payroll experience
• Proficient and currently using SAP Payroll (including implementation experience)

AU Tax Accountant

• 1–3 years AU tax experience in a Chartered Accounting practice
• Experience across individual, partnership, company, trust, and sole trader returns
• Bookkeeping expertise and BAS knowledge
• Familiarity with Xero and QuickBooks preferred
• Strong MS Excel and Word skills

Billing Accountant

• 2–5 years billing experience
• Strong billing process knowledge
• Zendesk experience
• Skilled in Sage Intacct, Zuora, Salesforce CPQ

Collections Specialist

• 1–2 years software collections experience
• Sage Intacct experience is a plus

Post Closing Auditor

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year mortgage auditing or loan processing preferred
• Experience with Encompass preferred

Senior Auditor

• 3–5 years AU external audit experience
• Strong knowledge of Australian Accounting & Auditing Standards
• Advanced CASEWARE proficiency

Loan Reviewer

• Open to candidates with no experience
• No mortgage background required; fresh graduates welcome
